Position Summary

Primary job responsibilities will include: developing and maintaining eLearning content and modules, creating storyboards/scripts to ensure content is production-ready for video or web-based training programs, and advising on production.


Suggested Education

BA in Education or English helpful, but not necessary


Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

Creating course outlines to facilitate credit for online course work

Organizing content to prepare for storyboarding

Storyboarding content

Assisting with the upload and organization of content to the LMS


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Attention to details

Willingness to train and learn our unique process

Effective communication in a team setting 

Handle multiple responsibilities 

Effective knowledge of computer technology 


Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:

General office conditions. Must have the ability to effectively utilize software required to complete tasks. Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation. Must be able to communicate using various modalities. Requires consistent use of a computer mouse and keyboard. May require bending, stooping, and/or lifting of less than 50 lbs. Occasional travel may be required.
