Project Coordinator

Position Summary

You should apply for this role if you have experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, a positive and confident attitude, and consider yourself to be a highly-organized person. You must be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain simultaneous projects, ensure deadlines are met, and have strong organizational skills. 

Job Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of a course from inception to completion.

  • Support a variety of team members by ensuring each has the necessary resources to work independently. 

  • Communicate with the training expert and team members to better coordinate the project.

  • Oversee the production timeline and promote the efficient completion of tasks.

  • Assist in organizing and reviewing the courses. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members

  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills

  • Strong research skills

  • Strong organizational skills and communicates effectively in both verbal and written formats

  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism

  • Ability to work well with others in a frequently changing environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Ability to learn and use new software and technologies


 

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:

General office conditions. Must have the ability to effectively utilize software required to complete tasks. Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation. Must be able to communicate using various modalities. Requires consistent use of a computer mouse and keyboard. May require bending, stooping, and/or lifting of less than 50 lbs. Occasional travel will be required.
