Enrollment Lead Representative
Job Description
Provide quality service for our University partners through outreach efforts to
prospective students. This goal-oriented individual will assist inquiries and obtain
information to direct them to the appropriate program. This position is part-time
and will consist of weekend and evening hours.
Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma

Some college preferred
-
Customer service experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students through quality engagement.

Develop and maintain rapport with individuals who are interested in a degree program.

Consult with prospective students to determine each individual’s fit for the program.

Build profile for perspective student.

Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service and/or sales.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using multiple databases and software.

Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to interact and develop relationships with a broad range of individuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment/ Physical Requirements
General office conditions. Must have the ability to utilize multiple databases and software required to complete tasks. Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation.
