Enrollment Lead Representative

 

Job Description

 

Provide quality service for our University partners through outreach efforts to
prospective students. This goal-oriented individual will assist inquiries and obtain
information to direct them to the appropriate program. This position is part-time
and will consist of weekend and evening hours.

 

Minimum Education & Experience

 

  • High School Diploma

  • Some college preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

 

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students through quality engagement.

  • Develop and maintain rapport with individuals who are interested in a degree program.

  • Consult with prospective students to determine each individual’s fit for the program.

  • Build profile for perspective student.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills/Qualifications

 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service and/or sales.

  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using multiple databases and software.

  •  Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to interact and develop relationships with a broad range of individuals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Work Environment/ Physical Requirements

General office conditions. Must have the ability to utilize multiple databases and software required to complete tasks. Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation.
