 Inside Sales Representative


Job Description

To drive business by prospecting and communicating the value of Virtual Academy’s quality training to various Public Safety professionals within an assigned territory


Minimum Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    2 years of proven success in Inside Sales/Call Center


Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Successfully manage a territory by prospecting new business in market campaigns, conferences and virtual presentations opportunities while creating high impact relationships and guiding through full sales and closing processes.

  • Coordinate with Partner Support colleagues for smooth transition and launch of newly signed Partners

  • Engage with potential partners and communicate value of Virtual Academy in a clear and persuasive manner

  • Meet & exceed established sales quotas & KPIs


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Ability to negotiate bids, pricing packages, and partnership contracts

  • Work in a remote as well as an office setting

  • Effective relationship building and closing sales virtually and over the phone


Work Environment/ Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull and maneuver up to and including forty (40) to seventy-five (75) pounds occasionally.
